Payment options

We welcome all major credit and debit cards. Online bookings and telephone bookings will incur a £1 booking fee. This fee is waived for over the counter cash payments.

General information

Tickets will be held for up to 7 working days from the date of booking. All tickets must be paid for 7 days prior to performance. Tickets which remain unpaid will be released for sale.

Refund policy

Tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded, although the Box Office will, where possible, offer returned tickets for resale for a handling charge of £1.00 per ticket. The sale of the theatre's own tickets will take priority.
